Reiki sessions are available in-person or distant and are generally scheduled for 30 minutes for a chair session to 60 minutes for a table session or distance session. EMF Balancing Technique® sessions are available in-person or distant and are generally scheduled for 60 minutes for a single phase session to 90 minutes for a combination session. Crystal Healing sessions are generally scheduled for 60 minutes or 90 minutes for a combination Reiki/Crystal Healing session. Holistic Aromatherapy/Foot Reflexology sessions are generally scheduled for 60 minutes or 90 minutes for an Aromatherapy/Foot Reflexology with foot bath session. Chakra Balancing sessions are generally scheduled for 60 minutes or 90 minutes for Chakra Balancing with Crystals. Please see below for services and pricing.
New clients should be prepared to fill out a New Client Information/Release form. All information is kept strictly confidential.
In-person sessions are held in my studio in Madison and are available by appointment only. Sessions can be scheduled by clicking on the button below or by calling 608-346-3424.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you – however, life can sometimes waylay best laid plans so if you should need to cancel, please call Teresa at 608-346-3424 on the day of your scheduled appointment or you can cancel and/or reschedule online anytime beforehand. Teresa does not charge for missed appointments, but she does appreciate your consideration of her time.
If you require an appointment outside of regular studio hours, please contact Teresa and she will try to accomodate you.
Loving Heart Reiki, LLC accepts payment via cash, cheque, credit card, or PayPal. If you plan to use PayPal, please complete the transaction prior to your session and bring the receipt with you.
PayPal is the only accepted form of payment for distance sessions. Please complete your transaction prior to your scheduled appointment.
For ‘in your home sessions for animals’ payment should be made via PayPal before the scheduled appointment or please be prepared to pay with cash, cheque, or credit card upon my arrival.

Feedback
Teresa makes mental notes during sessions and relates those impressions to help the client understand how the session went from the practitioner’s point of view. The notes may include where the client’s energy is strong or may be weak, the feelings and impressions from each chakra or area of the body, the results of giving each chakra or area of the body more energy, and recommendations if applicable. Recommendations should never be considered as medical or psychological advice. Feedback from Teresa is usually given at the end of an in-person session or within a few hours after a distance session via email, but no more than 24 hours.
Teresa always appreciates hearing her client’s experience of the session which can help guide future sessions, depending on the feelings and impressions the client received and whether or not they wish to share.
Why Teresa charges a fee for her services
Reiki energy is freely available to anyone who wants or knows how to use it. While healing in a derelict part of Kyoto, Dr. Usui found that those who did not offer to pay as a form of energy exchange, reverted to their prior conditions of life after a short time. Frustrated with this situation, Dr. Usui left the homeless district and founded a clinic in the heart of Kyoto and started charging a fee for his services. He found that his clients accepted and appreciated this exchange of energy, were able to heal and move forward with their lives.
In the spirit of what Dr. Usui learned healing his clients and as I have spent considerable time and effort in learning and practicing Reiki and how to channel the Universal Life-Force Energy and have been attuned to do so, it is my knowledge and experience that you are paying for, not the energy itself.
